Please read these terms carefully before using The Halak Studio website or placing an order. By using our website you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Halak Studio is an independent journal brand based in Nigeria. We sell handcrafted physical journals and digital courses worldwide. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to The Halak Studio.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by default. Approximate conversions to other currencies are shown for guidance only and may vary from the final charge applied by your bank or payment provider.

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave (Nigerian naira) and PayPal (international currencies). We do not store payment card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for Nigeria and 7–21 business days for international orders, depending on destination and courier service. These are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their country.

5. Returns and refunds

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary: we accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

6. Digital products

Digital products (including The Halak Method course) are non-refundable once access has been granted, as the content is immediately available upon purchase.

7. The 21-Day Walk challenge

The 21-Day Walk is a free email challenge. By enrolling you consent to receive 21 daily emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. Content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, journal designs, images, and the Halak brand — is the intellectual property of The Halak Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Testimonies and community content

By submitting a testimony or community contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our website and social media channels. We will never sell your testimonial or use it in a misleading context.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Halak Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
